We are here to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please file a claim within 7 days of delivery! Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a store credit – back guarantee.

You can return your product for a size exchange or for another item. Products must be returned up to 10 days after arrival at your place, for store credit. We accept returns of only new and unworn items according to our returns policy.

Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition in order to qualify for store credit, all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible, and will be returned to you.

As soon as your package reaches us, we will immediately process your store credit to your account and you will be notified via email and will be able to use it instantly! We do not refund shipping costs.
